7. Immortality

7. Immortality

One without equal may

seek only that, maybe

to share the responsibility

Do we fear death or immortality. or

simply losing out on one

because we have the other

Our Passion’s paradox

driving us to evolve as

consciousness expands, we

transmigrate and trade our

bodies again

The fear of immortality is

that we’ll experience everything,

have all the memories and then

never forget

Could we just be Deities without the

responsibilities?

4. Day Two

4. Day Two

I guess I don’t like being lonely

I prefer spending time

We’ve spent the whole day

I think it’s too early to end the night

But it’s okay You can leave

As soon as I fall asleep

20. Migraine in F Sharp

I wonder who began this

tangled mess, was it some

game of mazes or an

intertwining of jests

19. Abode

However the day comes, with clouds

resting slightly lower above

our heads.

The faces will be seen just

then, in a celestial abode

what bodies will be made

so bare and then without

concern, in lightless

cloth they will be draped.

18. Elemental

Raised by the earth that

bore the branches that

reached for radiant

caress.

17. Momentum

Making another visit today

they didn’t start as they usually

did.

16. Clay Heaven

I may tell a tale of an inkless tattoo,

that is colourless as well.

Now the soil has been set,

whether it will be fertile

for another harvest or

remain carved in

flesh-like stone.
