Clandestine Lunacy/Vulnerability

Memoirs of all things

forgotten

As expectation meet

in worn and solemn

eyes

The cosmos finds us,

looking over

turned back, shoulders

All the different things

feel the same

Each one less of

a shadow than what it

once was

The feelings kept their depth

sufferable

And in beauty

Beneath that lime

lamp shade

Repeating these

sublime realities

Explicitly now

Our expectations

meet

Neither ashed, nor told

The soul’s door is ajar

For those who seek inadequacy

Advertisements

Five

The reality of dreams

melding, as they meddle with

each other.

Their intersections create a

fair and free disparity, as

questions arise.

How is it that one can tell

the difference, to say to

open my eyes is to awaken.

Yet, I awake to these dreams,

with each wink and blink.

xxx.

Cloudy be

the day

But not

the night

let the

stars shine

through

In clarity,

the lullaby

of Mother

Moon

Breathe

easy now

my children

Up water

spouts, shall

the spiders

journ’

After journey

now we

shall adjourn

And meet

again

Beneath

the sun

xxix.

Overcast, glorious

the cloud-clad

grace

Full-mooned that

Christ-massed

day

In all its

sweep and sway

The damselled

drips from

that starstruck

abyss

O’ weary day,

on night’s bosom,

head is lain

Now night a stolen

kiss from cheek

not lips

And bestow, upon

unknowing forehead,

slow each roaring

thought

As all solstice

is draped in dream,

as silence

xv. Err

That by boredom’s

sake I would be

wed to Deathe

That I err,

weary that it is

for entertainment

for amusement

Is that this

illness? This

ailment that

I may seek that

which is named

‘life’ ?

Or rather

acquiesce to whom

that ‘I’ is wed.

Sing that wedding’s

dirge, and blood,

that chocolate fountain

stain.

xiv.

In a world

where ‘ggod’ girls

want to be ‘bad’

girls so they

can be with

the ‘bad’ boys

All I’m offering

is sincerity.

It has ‘sin’

right from the

beginning but

it’s as if

our dreams

could never

entirely be our

own.

Even if they

are individual

singularities, they

have the greatest

animators.

Their budget is

greater than the

one for this

reality.

iii. Nurtural

Nature and

nurture

The differnences

between people

The similarities

between siblings

As it may be

in a parent’s

nature not

to nurture

As nurturing’s

as nature is

to a child

How naturally it

comes for us, to us

to dream

Evermore natural

not to nurture

those dreams

The nature of

waking up in

dreams

So often, that

we fall asleep

to realities
